Whitney Gossip submitted by: Alan M. date: April 30/98 from: The Tabloids First-hand account of a person on the flight.... Read the E-mail message. - While on a cross-country flight, Whitney Houston didn't go in the lavatory for the usual reasons -- she wanted to light up a cigarette. After getting caught trying to light up in all the plane's restrooms, the captain was called and told her there was a $2,000 fine involved. She said she'd write a check right then and there if she could have her smoke, but the captain wouldn't back down. And some say cigarettes aren't addictive. (Star Magazine) - Maybe Houston would have gotten her way if she had attended the Act Like a Spoiled Actress School, as taught by Faye Dunaway. On another long flight, Faye was disrupted by a crying baby, so she went from her business-class seat into first class so she could read a script. Flight attendants told her she'd have to move or pay for the upgrade, but Faye refused and even threatened to sue the airlines. A scene that would have made Joan Crawford proud. (National Enquirer)
